Shengang Apartment Hotel (Shenzhen Grand Theatre)

Our stay was quite pleasant. The room was quiet and clean, and the surrounding area had all the amenities we needed, making daily life very convenient. The staff were polite and responsive, leading to an overall smooth experience that's worth mentioning. I'll definitely consider staying here again for future trips.

The surroundings are packed with delicious local snacks and convenience stores, saving a lot of time for eating out and sightseeing. The biggest surprise was the apartment's location in the city center, right near several subway lines. Lines 9 and 11 are directly downstairs – you can see the standalone grey high-rise building right as you exit the subway, which is incredibly convenient as you don't have to wander around.

The hotel's location is excellent. It's right above Hongling South Station for Line 9 and Line 11, and just a short walk from Grand Theater Station for Lines 1, 2, and 8. This makes it super convenient for getting around, and also very easy to get to Hong Kong via Luohu Port. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and Shenzhen Pingle Orthopaedic Hospital is only 200 meters from the apartment. The apartment rooms are clean and tidy, and having four elevators makes access easy. Overall, it's a great stay.

This was my first time staying in a serviced apartment, mainly because of its excellent location, less than a two-minute walk from the subway station. The environment was quite quiet throughout the night. I especially hope the management can pay attention to the cleanliness of the area under the bed and the air conditioner, as this greatly affects the health and experience of guests. There was also a serious safety hazard: I only discovered on check-out day that the peephole on the front door was broken, allowing easy observation of activities inside. Additionally, the bathroom door was damaged and made a loud, jarring noise when opened and closed. These were the main problems I encountered, but they are all easily remedied with minimal cost.

The room is clean and tidy with no odor. It is as comfortable and warm as home. I will book it again next time I travel. *͈ᴗ͈ˬᴗ͈ෆ

The front desk of the hotel is on the 17th floor. The 4 elevators are very fast, the service is good, and the room is clean. There is a refrigerator, a washing machine, and a TV. The TV is very nice and big enough to watch the Olympics.
