Thought I would give the Vienna Hotel another chance, considering this branch was in the perfect location for my weekend plans.
Unfortunately I regretted this decision almost immediately.
Despite having my trip.com receipt and my passport ready, the front desk staff were insistent about me rebooking the room at nearly double the price. When I refused, they finally checked my booking and saw I had already paid.
I had specifically requested a non-smoking room, but was still shown to an ancient, dingy room on the 12th floor that reeked of mould and cigarettes. Well, at least it had a window.
Safe to say that I will not be wasting my time, or money, on the Vienna Hotel again.

Very nice hotel pretty close to the subway station. Very comfy bed and great to rest. The hotel staff is quite experienced. Great chain
