The service and cleanliness are still great. However, as it's an older hotel, you can't expect the facilities to be top-notch. For the price, it's pretty good value. Definitely recommend.

It's an older hotel, but the room was clean and tidy. The surrounding area has plenty of dining options; the crayfish restaurant downstairs was packed. Everything was great, except the facilities are a bit dated.

The room was spacious and clean, and the facilities were decent. The location is incredibly convenient! There's a direct subway line to both the airport and Luohu. What really stood out was the hotel's breakfast buffet – it's better than some established 5-star hotels! Definitely recommend it! The only minor drawback is that a few floors are student apartments, so waiting for the elevator in the morning can take a while. I'll definitely be staying here again in the future.

The sofa was quite nice. The comforter on the bed was a bit old, but everything else was okay. Breakfast was also decent. However, given it was during the Gaokao (college entrance exam) period, the condition of the room door didn't make it very good value for money. The staff seemed a bit overwhelmed and couldn't keep up with the service.

An established hotel. It's conveniently located near the subway station and has a large parking lot. There are also many great restaurants nearby. The overall environment and hygiene are decent. I booked this for a client, and they were very satisfied.

Facilities: As it's an older 4-star hotel, the decor definitely feels a bit dated. Cleanliness: The cleanliness was actually quite good. Environment: The location is excellent. There are several subway lines around the hotel, with Line 11 going directly to the airport. There's also MixC shopping mall and many long-standing local eateries nearby. Overall, it offers pretty good value for money.

During my stay at the Shenzhen Kingkey Jingdu Hotel in May, we encountered cockroaches in our room, likely due to the warmer weather. After contacting the front desk, the staff were very proactive. They promptly came to change all our bedding, which was handled efficiently. However, we later found more cockroaches. We reached out again, and the hotel immediately arranged a room change without any hesitation or excuses. Their efficiency and positive attitude in resolving the issue were truly commendable. Although an older hotel might face seasonal challenges with pest control, their responsible service made this a highly satisfying stay.

The hotel is right across from Lizhi Park, and my room actually overlooked it. I spent nearly an hour exploring the park, which was lovely. The hotel's breakfast leaned towards Chinese options, and everything I tried was to my liking.
