The hotel is a bit old, but the room is very spacious. They should really put tissues in the bathroom. The massage chair needs to be adjusted; right now it's mostly massaging the glutes, but it should focus more on the shoulders, neck, and thighs.

Every time I'm on a business trip, I book this hotel. The environment and service are pretty good, and it's also quite close to where I need to go and the subway. After a long day, I love coming back to the hotel, sitting in the massage chair, scrolling through videos, and chatting on WeChat. It's so relaxing.

The facilities are a bit old. There's no fridge in the room. There aren't many decent shops around. It's also the most inconvenient hotel I've ever stayed at for getting in and out. There's a security guard from another unit outside the hotel who stops you and interrogates you every time you enter or exit, which is very strange.

The hotel location is perfectly quiet, yet conveniently close to Tanglang City, just a 5-6 minute walk away. The hotel is peaceful and comfortable, and the room was very clean. The massage chair is a great bonus for relaxing after a business trip or vacation.

Clean and tidy, perfect for a short business trip. The restaurant staff are attentive and proactively guide guests to their seats. Housekeeping is also very prompt with cleaning. Excellent service overall. I'll definitely choose Vienna Hotel again in the future.

I enjoyed the stay and loved the room. Great bed, and i have a sleep that i have longed for. The services are great. The staff, especially the young lady at the front desk, are very helpful and professional. Highly recommended.

The hotel has everything you need. Light switches and switches in general are comfortably placed, the air condition is strong and there is even a dedicated HDMI-input next to the bed. The only gripe for foreigners: the receptionists to not speak any English. Be aware of this fact. The hotel is conveniently located in the Nanshan district close to a big mall and the office spaces of many companies, which you can all access by walking by foot. Highly recommended, especially for the value for money.
