Shenzhen Qiushuishanju Grand Hotel Reviews

I learnt that the hotel is equipped with swimming pool and fitness room, but no prior notice was made for the unavailability of both when checking in. The fridge was just a decoration, no function at all. Not even a tea bag was provided in our room. I was forced to wake up at 7 AM while a construction site applying their machine. Shuttle bus was not a standard service, when hotel is a bit far from the nearest subway, that means we can only rely on taxi.

Yet another enjoyable, relaxing stay at this spacious but quiet hotel. There was a large wedding ceremony underway this time, but the facility is so large, that there was no noise or disruption at all. There's an outdoor 2nd floor patio that was in use for the ceremony; too bad that it isn't normally available to guests, as it would be a pleasant place to relax with beverages and snacks. Overall continue to recommend this place for a quick escape for SZ locals.

Very thoughtful surprise provided by manager Andy and the staff on the occasion of my birthday. Love the personal service here. Always a quiet, relaxing visit - only a short hop from busy downtown sections of Shenzhen.

Great place to spend mid-autumn festival - it's oa bit cooler up on the mountainside. Hotel was fairly well booked, but there is so much space there, you couldn't tell; quiet and relaxing as always. Room was very clean, everything functioned well. Make sure to have dim sum on 2nd floor if you stay - quite delicious.

Another relaxing visit at what has become my favorite relax/get-away hotel in Shenzhen. As I've written several times in the past, I visit every week or two in order to get away from the hectic activity of the CBDs in SZ; this hotel is nearby the city centers but seems far away, as you go up the side of the mountain, things seem to quickly calm down and quiet down. Beautiful facilities, quality restaurants, and manager Andy always makes sure every stay goes smoothly. Looking forward to returning again next week.

I stay at this hotel almost weekly for a mini-vacation. It's a great location, halfway up one of Shenzhen's mountains, a very quiet and relaxing location, with pleasant mountain views, and is a great escape from the busy business districts of Luohu and Futian. The hotel is very grand, large public spaces, well appointed rooms. The manager Andy is very service-oriented and makes sure all needs are taken care of. Great hotel value for the money!!

The service is very good and the hospitality is like home

The room is quite large, and the dry and wet separation is also well done. The sliding door is a classic small corridor in the guest room, and the lens is a floor-to-ceiling window. The view from here is the gym and the public swimming pool. This is the room in the main building. You can also see the cableway of Qiushui Mountain from the side of the main building. The scenery outside is pretty good, but looking at this side of Building 2, there will be a little less sunlight. The bed in the middle is also a standard guest room style, with a dining table, a reception table, and a small TV. The electronic digital control here is still at the previous level, the degree of automation is not particularly high, and the light button in the room here is hidden in front of the pillow, which is a bit inconvenient to use. In terms of the bathroom, the dry and wet separation is pretty good, and the bathtub is in a relatively good position here, and there can be a sliding door, so you can see the bathtub in the guest room, and children playing in the bathtub can also be seen in the guest room. The bathroom space is quite spacious, and the items used are disposable, so this is not bad. The curtains have good light blocking properties, which is very conducive to sleep. The guest rooms are also of a certain standard. The gym is open only in the afternoon, which is not very user-friendly...

Overall very satisfied, thanks to the front desk guy for upgrading our room for free, the room is large, spacious and bright, downstairs is the park, there are mobile games, dinosaur valley, and you can check out at 1 o'clock, so we can have fun

The room is very big, sanitary facilities are good, but the furniture is a bit old after being renovated for a long time. The location is good, you can climb Qiushui Mountain when you go out, and there is a lively city life not far away, where you can eat local snacks and go shopping.
