住了很多次每次來都會選擇這裏。每次提出來意見，也有改進。管理還可以。前台服務態度的確是比上次好了，作為客户看到你們有在做事我們點贊。門口保安服務態度還是希望改進點吧別老是擺個臭臉。最後特別表揚保潔，衹要我們一出去馬上會給我們整理的乾乾淨淨。水也補給到位。非常好，多次選擇維也納保潔真的功不可沒。隔音效果正常來説是非常好。就是空調噪音有點大。還有希望保潔下次搞衞生能把床頭擦一下。每次過來住每個房間都是床頭全都是灰塵

房間還可以吧，挺隔音的，高樓層也沒噪音。前台辦理入住速度比其他酒店快。總體來説這個房間對比價格性價比還可以，地鐵站挺近的，交通方便，門口就有出租車。節省了很多時間。

房型圖片和酒店圖片一致。房間地毯比較臟，衞生還行，設施是比較陳舊的了，房間窗户不太隔音的，還能聽到煙花聲音。酒店二樓有酒家，喝了早茶，不錯。附近還有些食肆，過年期間入住的，開得不多。十幾分鐘的車程有間喜薈城購物中心，有需要的可以去逛逛。入住時，前台服務態度真的一般。
