When we arrived at the frist night, the air/c cover was fall off from the ceiling. They change and upgrade bigger room for me. Once I walk in the new room and I saw few cockroach walking on the wall. I told them to change the room again. Bad experience at this hotel.

Facilities: It has been open for several years. It has complete facilities but is relatively old. The mattress is quite comfortable.
Hygiene: Average. The corners of the shower room are not clean.
Environment: There are sofas, tables and chairs in the lobby
Service: The two female front desk employees delayed and refused to issue an invoice that day. After many contacts, another person on duty opened the door.

This is one of the worse hotels I have ever stayed in. The facilities are very old. I changed hotels after staying for one night. It was much worse than other places in Vienna. It was just more convenient and the place to eat was more convenient and the taste was good.
