Excellent location, nice big rooms, great breakfast… but what made this hotel stand out was the service. It was my dad’s birthday and they arranged for a cake to be ready for him when he returned in the evening… what a lovely surprise! After checking out, I left my luggage for safe keeping, but I lost the ticket when I went back for pick up. A big shout out to Zoey and Richard at Hilton for helping me out and I was able to reclaim my luggage really quickly and without stress! The only negative I have to say was that I purchased the afternoon tea and happy hour package, but the afternoon tea was just some ham sandwiches, fruits, cakes and drinks on a “help yourself” system. Not quite the 5-star quality I expected. I will definitely come back but will only go for the breakfast option as that was really nice.

Room is big enough for two people, bath room and toilet are separated, recommend for short trip.

It is the second time I visited the hotel which my experience is good and comfortable. Because of the family trip, the staffs Zoey and Nicole arranged and upgraded us up to a larger room which my parents feel good. The most surprised was the afternoon tea treat that is nice , thanks Nicole and Zoey arrangement! Will come again when travel Shenzhen next time .

Nice location, 3 mins walking from metro, this is my parent’s birthday and their anniversary. I requested them to help me put on a surprise. And they did a great job!! My mum told me the birthday cake was fabulous! My mum and dad were getting a room upgrade, the room was spacious but with a little ware and tear, might wanna get those fixed to be a 5/5 in the amenities and cleanliness score. The staff were very friendly and helpful, which made it a 5 star hotel, special thanks to Bruce Chan the front desk and Amo Hung the room service guy for all the surprises you guys help to make!

Really loved this hotel. Can't be more thankful about the superb service by all the staff in this hotel from helping with luggage storage to parcel delivery to facilitating room changes. Rooms were clean, bed was comfortable, shower was just right. Would definitely stay here again!

The front desk was very helpful in checking us in even though we only spoke English. Overall the room was lovely and clean. Very quiet too. We were did not hear any noise from outside or next door. The gym facilities were very good and we had the swimming pool to ourselves.

Perfect experience at this hotel. Clean, great breakfast and great hospitality from staff, especially Swift.

Horrible condition, no reminder, no notice, but the whole building being wrapped up and dusty, poor management. Construction works infront of the reception at 19:00, can you imagine?

We enjoyed so much Nicole warm and excellent service which makes us feel Hilton our home away home, we really appreciate it, bravo. Besides, Grace and Luca are also very helpful and nice, we are really pleased

The hotel was very clean and the service was excellent. The executive lounge was an added extra with the happy hour. A special mention to the lounge staff Nicole, Luca, Emily, Amy and William who made the experience even better by providing extra support to us.

We had a wonderful trip in Shenzhen, and the stay in Hilton made the trip even better! the room was well conditioned at a nice temperature as well as the view, buffet and comfort. It is also conveniently situated right on the metro exit and one stop only to Huangqiangbei. The staff were kind and incredibly helpful, Summer added me on WeChat and provided high standard advice on hotel facilities, which I thought was very kind of her. The buffet breakfast has lots of varieties and the gym and swimming facilities are well maintained. I will come back next time if I need to go to Shenzhen.

Very nice place good location and good service near Mtr station and shanghai Disneyland
