This business trip stay was perfect, I highly recommend it! The hotel location is excellent, close to the subway and business district, making commuting incredibly convenient. Check-in at the front desk was efficient and quick, and the staff were all very kind and professional. The room was spotless, the bedding was soft and thick, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a good night's sleep after a busy day. The hot water was consistent, and the WiFi was fast and stable. The complimentary laundry and drying facilities are a huge plus for long-term business travelers. It offers far better value for money than other hotels in the same price range. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next business trip.

This was my first hotel in Shenzhen, and I had such a great experience that I extended my stay for a few more nights! The room was clean and tidy, with excellent natural light, and the bedding was so comfortable I slept soundly. The service was warm and attentive, and the location is convenient, close to the metro station, plus they offer free parking. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time!

I was in Shenzhen for a business trip, attending the CIBF exhibition. All the hotels nearby were fully booked, so I had to take the subway to a hotel a bit further away. Overall, this hotel was pretty good, and there were plenty of places to eat around.

The front desk service was good and the hotel rooms were clean.

The staff were all excellent. Some of the facilities are a bit dated, and I wish there was a washer-dryer in the room. The laundry room is only on specific floors, which can be quite inconvenient during peak hours, especially having to go up and down repeatedly.

The front desk service is terrible!!!! She always acts like everyone owes her money! Can the boss please check the surveillance footage and see her expression? Her attitude and tone are really off-putting. Boss, please do a secret shopper visit and experience what real front desk service should be like!

The hotel reception staff were excellent, and it's close to the subway station with Lixin Lake Park right next to it.

I always book the Youyou Hotel whenever I'm on a business trip to Shenzhen. It's close to the subway station, the environment is great, and there are lots of food options nearby. The hotel rooms are clean, tidy, and comfortable.

Close to airport but far from city centre. Mostly clean but one of the slippers had a weird liquid and smell. Used the free laundry services :)
