退房時説現在開不了發票，等可以開的時候給我寄過來，10號的時候説發票開好了寄出來要客人出快遞費，我當時沒同意，11號下午再追問過後才寄出來，15號查單號顯示一張發票竟然走物流，還有三天才能到，真是高手，一張發票要走8天的物流，酒店方服務真是深圳市代表，管理得真好
