服務很差勁，房子很搞笑，窗户處有個很大的窗洞，就開着，不封堵，商家不想着解決它，處理方式是用窗簾擋住不讓人看到，等發現的時候就説已經超時了，不給處理，要另收費用，笑死，我住房子能想到窗户有個洞？幸虧平台給協商解決了

馬桶已經壞了，隔音效果特別差，空調特別乾燥，吹了一晚上喉嚨痛；晚上睡覺的時候隔壁特別吵聽的人講話聲一清二楚……和酒店打了兩次電話基本沒用，直接和隔壁溝通了好幾次差點報警；最後勉強入睡；感覺酒店這邊根本不想處理這種問題；一直在逃避；家人們下次一定要避雷這家酒店；
