There is only one reason for the bad reviews. The room I booked is a two-point check-out, but the cleaning staff of the hotel don't seem to know that this hotel has a two-point check-out room. I was still on the bed at one o'clock. Without any clothes on, I opened the door with the room card and came in. I was surprised and told me that I had to go and it was check-out time. At two o'clock, I knocked on the door and asked if I was still there. I said I was wearing shoes and was ready to go. The cleaning staff asked me impatiently, checking out at twelve o'clock, it's two o'clock now, why don't you leave? This is the first time I have encountered such a cleaning staff. I don't know the hotel's check-out rules. I didn't confirm whether the guest was in the room and opened the door directly. I felt very uncomfortable and gave a bad review.

The service is blunt and unprofessional

Even if the environment is average, the hot water is always warm. How can people take a bath in this 5-degree weather? There is no warm water in the sink, all of it is cold water

The sound insulation is not good, you can hear the sound of water in the next room
