Good for value apartment. But cleanilinesss can be better. Nevertheless I still love the area surrounding the apartment . It’s convenient with subway nearby

Overall good stay, the room was a bit older than I anticipated with cracks on the floor and stains on the wall, but it didn’t affect the stay & the price is affordable. Very convenient location with a huge shopping mall nearby!

It was a nice stay, good location close to futian CBD and the apartment was clean, excellent attention by miss Wang at the counter, i would be happy to stay there again

Recommended business apartment with all you need to feel home even on a stressful trip: cooking stove, pot and pan, washing machine, living room and bedroom separated and working desk, speedy Wifi, 1 minute from subway exit and all shopping and food possibilities around ( KK one downstairs) - quiet apart from some pool cleaning noise for short time- special thanks to XiaoYang - had a small issue which could be solved swiftly and satisfactory- plan to come again for longer - thanks

We had an excellent stay. The apartment is spotlessly clean, in a great location very close to the subway and many food options, and very well appointed. The staff were also extremely friendly, helpful, and always available. Especially Xiao Yang (小杨) who gave us service above and beyond what we expected, in particular when there were Covid cases that appeared in Shenzhen. 小杨 went out of their way to give us all of the relevant information and everything we needed to know to feel safe.
We will stay again as soon as possible!
