BBHŌL S Hotel (Shenzhen Futian Convention and Exhibition Center)

Dear Trip.com, I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with my recent stay at BBHOL S Hotel ( Shenzhen Futian Convention and Exhibition Center) . Unfortunately, I experienced a significant issue during my stay that greatly impacted my overall experience. For celebrating my birthday, I booked a Family Suite room for me and my family from 28/03/2024 to 31/03/2024. I would like to lodge a complaint to this hotel as the hotel did not reverse a room for me. Instead of giving me two single bed rooms, that make me couldn’t take care my daughters and it was inconvenient to live in two separate rooms. This issue greatly affected my ability to enjoy my stay, and I believe it falls well below the standard expected of hotel of your caliber. As a result of no room for me, I was inconvenienced in numerous ways. I would like to request compensation for the mistake caused during my stay. I believe that this is a fair and reasonable request given the significant impact that the issue had on my experience at this hotel. As their Two single rooms are much cheaper than a Family suite room. I hope that you will take the necessary steps to address the issue and compensate me for the inconvenience caused. It was a wonderful birthday and wedding anniversary. I had a pleasant and unforgettable experience staying at this hotel. Although there was a little delay when booking special holiday arrangements, on the day of check-in, there was a waitress "恩萍" at the front desk who knew about me. After requesting it, he helped me solve all the problems very quickly. The hotel manager and her attitude were very kind and friendly, which moved me very much. I gave the bouquet I ordered to celebrate my birthday to the hotel staff. Thank you for your arrangement. I am very satisfied. Thank you for your service!

Really good location with great restaurants around the room is very spacious with a huge bathtub reception was very helpful even though we checked in at 2 AM. OK

It was very nice to stay here for vacation. Nice facility and warm staff ! Breakfast noodle soup was very tasty. And when I checking out they gave me a rose and small present:) I will definitely stay again if I come back to Shenzhen. Thnaks

Everything is excellent and wonderful We are so happy to stay here and we will stay again next time One thing need to comment is the WiFi signal is not very good
