沒住過這麼差勁的酒店，前台服務極差！還沒入住就已經開始受氣！！！在平台上預訂房間，已經顯示預訂成功了，去到酒店後前台告訴我“我們這裏沒有房間了”我沒接單呀”然後就説有可以升房入住，一開始説加40，因為我是預訂的兩個房間，前台看我一個房間加40也給了，然後就告訴我另一個房間升房要加80！當時聽到這話我就來火了，我就讓酒店前台退錢，結果前台很拽的跟我説“不可能，我們這邊不可能給你退錢的”最後鬧的叫上經理和110才把這破事給處理了！！！
