It was bae great if they added bread and butter for foreigners to the breakfast menu. The view was beautiful. The service is excellent. The staff understands a little English.

This place was just ok. It was a bit tired. Windows were dirty and left open without screens so a few mosquitoes. I was on o no smoking floor, but once I left the elevator to the floor found a door open with a group smoking. Typical of hotels and restaurants in china --- rules against smoking are not enforced. It did feel safe and breakfast was good enough.

The hotel room was clean and spacious. However, the hair dryer was broken and when we called the front desk, no one answered the call.

The room is old, the hot water is okay, the breakfast is terrible, and it's not close to the subway. I don't know if the previous customer reviews are based on their opinions or their real feelings. All in all, I can bear it for just one night, but the price/performance ratio is not high. Vienna in Beijing is not at this level. Will not stay here again. Let’s change the name of the store.
