I booked this hotel for a concert, and the location was pretty good, not too far from the venue. The room was spacious, very clean, and felt brand new. Housekeeping did an excellent job. The front desk service was also great; I realized I had booked the wrong date upon arrival, and they were very helpful in coordinating a new reservation for me. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

Mikey, the staff member, was very responsible and had a great service attitude. The room was clean. I'll definitely stay here again next time. I highly recommend this place. The rooms are clean and tidy. Everyone should try this hotel! I happened to be there during a concert.

I came to the Universiade Sports Center for a concert, and when I arrived, there was a lot of concert merchandise and support outside the hotel. You could even pick up support items at the front desk, which was very thoughtful. The hotel lobby was very spacious, bright, and clean, with plenty of seating for guests to rest. The hotel environment was great, and the room was spacious, comfortable, and very new. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay.

Went to Shenzhen for Joker Xue's concert and booked this hotel after comparing a few! The room was spacious, and the two twin beds pushed together made a huge bed, perfect for sisters traveling together for the concert. The shampoo and conditioner smelled great, and there was free breakfast, especially the rice noodles which were delicious! The hotel also has a large parking lot with many charging stations, and charging after midnight is only around 0.49!

The room is very spacious and the hotel is brand new, having just opened this year. All the facilities are excellent, the bathroom has a great wet/dry separation, and there's a smart toilet. Breakfast was also included! The main reason I came was for Joker Xue's concert, and they were playing his songs in the lobby, corridors, and restaurant. The support for him was spot on, haha! As soon as I walked in, I saw a welcome message for 'Qian You' (Joker Xue's fans) staying at the hotel, which was a really nice touch. If there's another concert at Universiade, I'll definitely choose this hotel again!!!

Great location, attentive service, brand new facilities, and excellent natural light. The bathroom was dry, soundproofing was good, and toiletries were comprehensive. Overall, a pleasant stay with expansive views, top-notch hygiene, good value for money, and convenient access.

This is my second stay here, and the room is spacious and comfortable. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, which is great. There's free parking downstairs, including fast-charging stations, making it excellent value for money.

The room was great, very new, and the AC worked perfectly. The bathtub and bathroom were also very clean. The front desk staff, both the men and women, were all very attentive and friendly. I highly recommend it! I'll definitely stay at this hotel again on my next business trip.
