Hanting Hotel (Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center Fuxing Subway Station Branch)

Facilities: Quite new, with a refreshing blue and white color scheme throughout. Cleanliness: Very clean, no stains. Environment: Good. It's about 900 meters to AVIC City, where you can shop, and it's not too far to go to Fanlou for dim sum. Service: Excellent. We woke up late and hadn't finished packing, but they still extended our check-out time.

The room was spacious and tidy. I arrived a bit early and the room wasn't ready yet, but the front desk staff was very patient and kind, explaining the situation and even offering a welcome gift. They also helped me with a late check-out.

Couldn't believe a hotel this new could have so many issues. The shower drain was completely clogged, so after just a few minutes, the water was up to my ankles! The floor was dirty, and there was some unidentified grime on the headboard. A really unpleasant experience.
