My entire stay was fantastic, especially the service, room cleanliness, and delivery service. The front desk staff were often enthusiastic and patient, making check-in efficient and smooth. They proactively informed me about elevator locations and breakfast times, showing great attention to detail. The room was exceptionally clean; the bedding was neatly arranged, the bathroom mirror and sink were spotless, and even the corners and furniture crevices were clean. The overall environment was tidy and bright, making for a very comfortable stay. Midway through, I urgently needed disposable slippers and bottled water. After contacting room service, they responded promptly, and the staff quickly delivered the items to my door. They quietly indicated the delivery and left, without disturbing my rest – the service was professional and considerate. The entire service chain was seamlessly connected, hygiene control was strict, and delivery responses were efficient and appropriate. This hotel is suitable for both business trips and short leisure stays. The overall experience far exceeded my expectations, and I will definitely prioritize this hotel for my next trip. I also recommend it to friends who value living quality and service details!

The room was spotless! Fully equipped with smart home features. I have to praise Atour's bedding, especially the pillows – they're a lifesaver for people with stiff necks! They should really be brand ambassadors! Next time, I might try the 'deep sleep' floor. The 'bestie room' is truly fantastic!

I have to give a shout-out to Atour's bedding – the pillows and duvet are incredibly comfortable, I slept wonderfully. The hotel has a lovely bamboo-like fragrance, similar to Chinese traditional scents. Breakfast was also delicious. I really love the decor; it's sophisticated, stylish, and minimalist.

Facilities: Very new and meets daily needs. Hygiene: Cleaned very well, found no hidden dirty spots. Environment: Located in the CBD, allowing for a great experience of the city's modernity, but the soundproofing in the rooms isn't great, which is a common issue with hotels. Service: Atour's service has always been good, highly recommend.

Great service! The hotel is newly renovated and the rooms are clean. It also has underground parking. The location is super convenient, right in the heart of Nanshan, making it easy to get anywhere.

The lobby was very clean, and check-in was thoughtful, quick, and friendly. The staff were really nice, and the sink was spotless. I was particularly pleased with the wet and dry separation in the bathroom. The bath towels were pristine white, and the bedding and pillows were very comfortable. The hotel amenities were good; the toothbrush in the room was soft, and the toiletries were complete. The hairdryer had great power. Breakfast was abundant, and the late-night congee was delicious. Invoicing was also very quick.
