This newly renovated hotel boasts a fantastic environment with stylish and modern decor. The rooms are spotless. The location is also great, very close to the subway entrance, and there are various shops downstairs for convenient shopping. The staff are warm and attentive. I would definitely come back if I need to.

An excellent hotel! The location, price, and service were all fantastic. The front desk staff were also incredibly kind and welcoming. I'll definitely be staying here again!

This hotel is extremely cozy and a good mirror. The staff was also kind enough to extend our check out timing due to our flight timing.

The environment is excellent, and I'll definitely be back to this hotel next time. The front desk staff were also very understanding. The location is great, making it convenient to get around Shenzhen. I'll choose this hotel again when I visit Shenzhen.

Our stay at this hotel was exceptional, elevated further by the staff who were very helpful and responsive from check-in to check-out. Inside the room, we felt completely secure thanks to top-tier safety and emergency features, including clear evacuation routes, working smoke detectors, and a sturdy electronic safe. The toilet and bathroom area was a major plus—wonderfully spacious, bright, and spotlessly clean. We also loved the neat and clean towels provided, which felt fresh and almost brand new.The absolute highlight of our evenings was the entertainment setup. Instead of a standard television, the room features a massive projector screen. Watching movies on the big screen from the comfort of the bed felt like a private cinema experience. This hotel offers a secure, fun, and wonderfully well-managed stay.

It was pretty good, pretty good. The only thing is, you can hear doors opening and closing in other rooms, so it's not very soundproof. The room itself is quite nice, it has a XiaoDu (smart speaker) and a projector you can use.

The room is clean and beddings are comfortable, with updated modern look. The bathroom is also quite clean. The layout is different - the sink is a little "far" from the bathroom and next to the bed. The front desk staff are friendly and courteous. It's wonderful to have washers/dryer available for us travelers to use. The location is ideal and convenient - about 6 min walk to a subway station. We would stay in this hotel again when we visit Shenzhen.

There was a cigarette smell in the room upon check-in. The shower water temperature was inconsistent, fluctuating between hot and cold. This is something that needs improvement.

Perfect hotel, great service and amenities and very nice to hold all my taobao packages.

Perfect for a solo traveler. The front desk staff was nice, but I'm not sure how well the room was cleaned because there was someone else's delivery bag left in it.

The location is good. The room is clean. The service is great. No complaints. Love my stay here.

The staff were warm and provided excellent service. The room was well-equipped and spotlessly clean. Downstairs, there are all sorts of shops, making it very convenient for shopping.

I loved it because it is very practical, and you instantly understand how to use the room The lady at the entrance is very sweet and even though she’s working at night, she’s always giving the best love the energy We even have a TV with the projector that’s amazing !
