GLEETOUR HOTEL SHENZHEN OCT-LOFT

The room was great, very clean, and soundproof. Xiao Qiu and Xiao Mei provided excellent service. I always stay here when I come to Shenzhen.

The front desk staff, Xiaoya and Xiaoyan, provided exceptional service. There are also many coffee shops nearby.

Spent the May Day holiday at OCT-LOFT in Shenzhen. There's so much good food nearby, and plenty of bars at night – everything you could want for great food and drinks! Even with occasional showers, there were still lots of tourists. The hotel is right in the North District of OCT-LOFT, surrounded by greenery. The rooms are clean, there's a gym, and it's super convenient for transport. A truly comfortable getaway!

The room was clean, and the area was surrounded by lush greenery. Sitting by the door after the rain, enjoying a dessert, the ambiance was wonderful. It's very convenient for getting around, with many Western restaurants and cafes nearby. There's even a KFC right downstairs.

I've stayed here for at least 10 pairs of nights within the last 30 days. Yet, if I come back late at night, I'm asked for a room card and a deposit? A hotel that costs 450-500 a day for one person can't even provide a key card. Today was even worse; the facial towels by the sink weren't replaced, just folded and left underneath. So, were they changed or not? And before, for every extended stay, I had to call to confirm. Even when I booked 6 hours in advance, I still had to call. Don't you guys check your orders? And you expect a good review for this??

As a French person, I find my stays here consistently excellent. The gym is really cool, and the front desk staff, Xiao Qiu and Xiao Ya, are lovely. The cleanliness is also great.
