Honestly, this is so disappointing. The first two photos were the promotional images I saw when I booked the hotel, but the last two photos are what the room actually looked like when I checked in. The window was literally quarter-sized, making the room feel so cramped, like a pet's enclosure. You had to bend over just to see outside. What a bizarre room; I'll never stay there again.

On the positive side, I appreciated the hotel's convenient location near 中山公园站 and its walkable distance to 南头古城. Additionally, the housekeeping staff was very friendly. However, I would like to bring two significant issues to your attention. First, during my stay on level 14, there was a very strong, musky, and moldy odor throughout the hallway. It was unpleasant to the point that we had to hold our breath whenever walking to the lift. Second, the hairdryer provided in the room was of poor quality and produced a burnt smell when switched on. For a chain hotels, I would expect higher-quality amenities, such as a Dyson or similar.
