The room has since undergone deep cleaning and ventilation, and we will further strengthen our control over non-smoking room standards to ensure a fresh environment.2. **Regarding shower water temperature**: Our hotel uses a water supply system with relatively high pressure. The shower handle can be adjusted left or right to control the water temperature (turning left increases hot water, while turning right increases cold water). We apologize for the inconvenience caused. We have arranged for our engineering department to inspect all shower facilities to ensure clear instructions and smooth temperature adjustment, and will enhance staff training to proactively explain this during guest check-in.3. **Regarding room temperature**: We apologize that the room temperature was not comfortable for you. The hotel uses a central air conditioning system. During colder winter weather, the temperature at the time had not yet met our standard for activating the heating system.
