This hotel was a pleasant surprise during our long road trip. The parking area was well-planned and convenient. Our room was clean and quiet, and the pillows were just right, helping us recover from the drive. Betsy and Lino were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was fresh and delicious. We left feeling completely refreshed and ready to hit the road again!

The room was spacious, and the breakfast was delicious. The location is super convenient, right at Futian Port Hilton. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and the hot water supply is stable – really thoughtful details. My stay today exceeded expectations; it was clean and comfortable overall, making both travel and rest feel very secure. It's especially convenient for往返香港 (round trips to Hong Kong). The bedding was soft and comfortable, and having Starbucks and McDonald's in the building was a big plus. The front desk staff, Yanne, Lucy, and Lino, provided excellent service.

The room is excellent, the environment is great, and the service attitude is also very good. Plus, you can store your luggage for free at the front desk when visiting Hong Kong.

I was quite unhappy with the bathroom's layout. The toilet, shower, changing area, and mirror are arranged in a square shape. Both the toilet and shower are separated by doors. After showering, you have to open the shower door, then open another door to the toilet to dry yourself, and then go out to change into your pajamas, all while facing a mirror. That's my only complaint. The hotel's breakfast has a great variety and tastes good. The hotel is also directly opposite Futian Port.

The breakfast had a wide variety of options and tasted delicious, with fresh made-to-order items. The location is convenient with great amenities nearby, offering excellent value for money.
