Response from Property: Dear Guest, we are deeply sorry for the unpleasant experience you had during your stay. We are extremely remorseful for the issues raised, including the strong smell of smoke in the room, stains on the furniture, uncleaned mosquito bloodstains, substandard hygiene, and the bathroom's lack of separation between wet and dry areas with overflowing water. This is a serious oversight on our part in cleaning and management. Your request to change rooms upon arrival at 10 PM was also unsuccessful, and our handling of the situation was inadequate. You paid for a room but did not receive the accommodations you were expected to receive. We sincerely apologize again for this. We have immediately strengthened our deep cleaning of the entire property, mosquito control, and hygiene inspections, and optimized our emergency check-in procedures to prevent such incidents from recurring. Thank you for your honest feedback. We hope to have the opportunity to make amends and provide you with a satisfactory and comfortable stay in the future.

Response from Property: 你好貴賓，因此房間洗手枱漏水蓋損壞，配件未到未及時維修，即用過濾網過濾，經工作人員當場檢查並取下給您看過，您看到洗手池裡的是過濾網而非**套，如是**套濾不了水洗手枱會堵。歡迎下次光臨！

Response from Property: 尊敬的賓客您好，感謝您的入住及點評，沒給您帶來好的入住體驗深表遺憾。房間床鋪床單被套我們都是一客一換，枕頭床墊我們都是選用的軟硬適中的品質床墊。每個房間都是有配電蚊香和電蚊香片可以使用的哦。房間衞生間在房型詳情裏都有圖片的，我們也有其他大衞生間的房型，您下次有機會也可以選擇體驗。您反饋的衞生問題我們會加強對保潔的培訓和衞生的檢查，最後再次感謝您的入住
