Hilton Garden Inn Shenzhen Airport（MIXC）

This hotel is about a 15-minute drive from the airport and feels more like a business hotel than a Hilton resort. The rooms are relatively compact, and some details aren't quite up to par, for example, there's no place to put your clothes in the shower. Compared to family rooms at Hanting or Atour, it doesn't quite measure up. Of course, Shenzhen is a very expensive city, so perhaps it caters more to business travelers. The breakfast is on the top floor with great views, and you can see the airport not too far away. Overall, it was an average, passable stay. I was very grateful for the two complimentary breakfasts from the front desk, though!

Facilities: Relatively new, the sofa and small table are very practical. Hygiene: Clean and tidy. Environment: There are plenty of dining options nearby, with many restaurants within a 500-700 meter radius. Service: Staff are polite and service is good.

My overall stay was fantastic! The environment and cleanliness were top-notch, but the biggest highlight was the front desk staff, Xiao Zeng! She was warm and welcoming, meticulous, and responsible. From check-in to my entire stay, she was incredibly thoughtful. She responded promptly to all my requests and handled everything efficiently. The service experience was absolutely amazing, definitely a five-star rating!

The room was spacious and the facilities were new. Check-in was quick. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered a great view.

Our overall experience during this stay was once again excellent. We had originally booked a longer stay, but due to an unexpected urgent matter, we needed to check out early. The hotel staff promptly assisted with the necessary procedures, making the entire process smooth and efficient. This left us feeling very reassured and saved us a lot of unnecessary hassle. I'd especially like to thank Edward at the front desk. When we discussed our early check-out, he remained patient and professional throughout. He not only explained the process in detail but also proactively helped coordinate the arrangements. His service attitude was truly genuine and friendly.
