The hotel staff were wonderful. They were incredibly accommodating and super friendly. Breakfast Buffet: was extensive. With both Asian and Western dishes (fruits, yoghurts, oatmeal, many types of pastries, salad, pancakes, hash browns, sausages, bacon, eggs and the list goes on and on). Dinner Buffet: was also extensive including Western and Asian dishes. My daughter's favourites were the lamb chops and the array of desserts on offer. They also had Japanese dishes like sashimi and sushi. The room was clean and everything looked new and in excellent condition. The staff were always there to help if I looked like I needed it. The indoor pool area had good changing rooms and showers,. In the same area they had a well equipped gym and massage rooms. It is right across the road from the culture center. We really enjoyed our stay here. We would definately go back again.

The location of the hotel is particularly good. It is close to the government in the central city of Longgang. I just happened to come here to do business. The business district is fully equipped. Opposite is Longtan Park. The scenery in the distance is really comfortable. The weather happened to be very good on the day I checked in. I took a walk in the morning. Very comfortable. There is a girl named Qingqing and Guo Shifang in the front desk. They are so gentle! ! After booking, please contact us in advance to discuss your check-in requirements. Overall satisfied, I will continue to choose to stay here in the future! ! By the way, the room! The one in Shenzhen was my favorite hotel in Longgang!

I decided to stay here temporarily to relax. The hotel has a nice view. It faces the golf course and has complete facilities. The water in the heated swimming pool on the first floor is very clean. We also went to experience the driving range. Although we were not good at playing, we were guided by coaches. The lady who checked me in, Hu Fan, was very kind and provided warm and thoughtful service. She also helped me book dinner. The overall service was good👍. This trip was unforgettable for me and I will come again next time.

This was my fourth time to stay in this hotel which was again for a staycation. The location is very good and I like the short distance of this hotel to Vanke Mall as I can walk around and eat in the mall and then went back to the hotel in just several minutes. Still, the room was very clean and I could even be confident and feel comfortable to stand in the room without wearing slippers. The water closet is equipped with heated board which I felt very comfortable.

I had a wonderful time. The size of the room was just perfect, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. However, when I arrived, I noticed the rug on the floor had a bit of blood like stain and unkept and I thought the cleaning team would have noticed and gotten rid of it. Throughout my stay, they never did. It’s a bit unhygienic. And I hope you take it into consideration. Besides that, it’s a great place to stay and I will recommend and book again next time. The front desk was gentle and welcoming, and they upgraded us to a exquisite twin room for free. The room is really big, the facilities are new, the decoration is beautiful, and there is no smell. The toiletries are all from Herborist, and the toothbrush has soft bristles and is very comfortable. There is a Xiaodu speaker that allows her to help open the curtains. The pillows are both soft and hard. They are both very comfortable. Just 50 meters across the road from downstairs is Shangjing Station at the subway entrance. There is a charging station behind the hotel building from 0 a.m. to 8 a.m. for more than 60 cents per hour. In the future, I will choose Shenzhen East Station when visiting Shenzhen.
