I'm very impressed. The location is right next to the Metro, and there's a mall to walk around and buy things under the Metro, under the hotel. The staff are lovely, polite, and they communicate well in Chinese and English, and they even helped us call a taxi. I'm very impressed. Most importantly, it's close to a famous coffee shop with excellent taste.

Took my family to Sea World for the May Day holiday. Special thanks to the front desk for the complimentary upgrade to a duplex suite! The kids absolutely loved it, with plenty of space to play. The cleanliness was excellent too, with daily vacuuming. The apartment had everything we needed: a washing machine, induction hob, and fridge. The bedding and shower facilities were also good, and the large island dining table was perfect for gatherings. The apartment is very close to the scenic area, offering a peaceful retreat despite being near the bustling attractions. Overall, a fantastic experience, and we'll definitely choose to stay here again next time!

Four of us stayed at this serviced apartment for 17 nights, and overall it was a very pleasant experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the staff member at reception, who kindly helped us with all our luggage. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the reception area itself felt inviting. When we entered the apartment, we were pleasantly surprised by the high ceilings and the spacious layout of the living room and kitchen. The flat was clean, cozy, and well-maintained, making it a comfortable base for our stay. A special thank you to Tina Ula: my husband had gone out and forgotten to take the room key, but I also needed to leave. I entrusted the key to Tina, and she promptly returned it to my husband when he came back. The process was seamless, and her ability to communicate in Cantonese was especially helpful, as Mandarin alone would not have been sufficient for us. Areas for Improvement * The exterior walls of the building are showing wear, with much of the paint peeling off. * While the apartment itself is clean, some fixtures such as light switches and the air-conditioning controls feel outdated. * The reception area is grand and stylish, but the serviced apartments themselves don’t quite match the same standard, which creates a slight mismatch in overall impression.
