附近好多公安局，治安應該非常不錯的，周圍非常方便，商場百貨，小吃快餐應有盡有。價格便宜，老闆人也很好，你説找不到可以讓他接一下。會推薦給朋友。

我是來這邊辦事的，所以在網上搜了一家比較廉價的酒店，我是説實話，我沒想到廉價，但應的質量沒有這麼差。酒店本身是在一條小巷子裏，是在老住宅樓的一樓，是用住宅改造的。到了以後是一個阿姨領我進去的，後來又來了一個老大爺，老大爺非常不客氣的説是房東這邊不能開空調，開空調的話要另加十塊錢。整個房間加上衞生間不足十平米，他還不讓開空調，他説是價格太低了，不是話，我開空調開一天也花不了你十塊錢的電費吧。再説他的淋浴間，有一股下水道的味道，不提供浴巾，不提供毛巾，不提供任何洗漱用品。房間給放了兩雙拖鞋，拖鞋有一股濃重的腳臭味。我用酒精噴了好多遍之後，還是一股味道。説實話，我突然間明白為什麼説訂單下單以後30分鐘可以撤銷超過30分鐘就不予撤銷了。他家是真的沒有人來啊！我很少有給人評論這麼多字的，但是這一次我真的是忍不住，這個價錢我還真的不如再加上20塊錢去換一家酒店，我感覺要比他家好的多的多。如果我説的有一句話是假的，我這輩子每個月的工資都不超過一萬塊錢。另外再補充一句，如果説瀋陽人民或者説東北人民是大方的，那麼這家店完全代表了另外一個極端。

房東阿姨人特別好，我們去的時候找不到，然後阿姨會親自下來接我們的，人特別熱情。房間乾淨衞生温馨，有獨立的衞生間，乾濕分離，床乾淨整潔，旁邊的小陽台可以打卡拍照，各種電器一應俱全，還有一個梳粧台，化粧特方便，行李24小時寄存，雙層門鎖，安全性特別高。小區外面的小吃特別多，吃東西很方便。強推這家住宿👍👍👍

服務：首先説服務態度，那是非常好的，有什麼要求都可以提，房主能幫忙解決的都會幫忙。
環境：家庭環境，環境比較好，3樓，都有窗户，能照進陽光。屋內環境整潔明亮。
衞生：室內衞生比較乾淨，設施擺放有序不臟亂。
設施：設施比較新，也比較新。兩張大床，可以住4個人，電視，洗衣機，衞生間和淋浴間還是乾濕分離的，馬桶，冰箱，熱水壺，拖鞋都有，都可以免費用，還有很一次性的牙具，馬桶套，垃圾袋等。
我當時是3個大人，一個3歲孩子，去盛京醫院給孩子檢查病，一共住了3晚，房東大姐很熱情，服務也非常好。
整體感覺各方面都是非常好的，而且價格真的不貴，相比那些酒店價格，這配置算是便宜的了。
