房間非常乾淨，樓下有保安有門禁，安全放心，樓內隔音很好不吵鬧，非常滿意，以後會再來，交通的話，小區門口公交站點很方便，以後會通4號線地鐵，不錯，非常滿意

優點：設施齊全，房間漂亮，價格實惠，老闆人不錯，暖氣足 尤其是落地窗看夜景特別漂亮，還有投影儀可以看電影！ 缺點：位置不好找，要自己去快遞櫃拿鑰匙，床單上有污漬
