前台服務周到，服務熱情。客房大姐很親切。餐廳服務很周到。早餐喝好吃，食材很新鮮。營養豐富，能看渾河的景色。很優美很漂亮。房間也很大！

很滿意的一次入住，酒店服務態度很好，前台在十三樓，辦理入住很有效率，前台視野特別好。客房打掃房間很仔細，房間乾淨，早餐也不錯，種類挺多的，推薦的鹵蛋很好吃。

整體配套一般.衞生真的不太好.餐廳的碗.走廊的灰塵.還透風的窗户.有問題給解決了.但整體下來這個全季酒店不應該這樣.還總跳閘.
有點也有距離近交通方便.酒店早餐不豐富.

沖這空間縱深我就覺得舒服。商場嵌在大型綜合體裏面，消費非常方便；下樓過個紅綠燈就是地鐵站；早餐有雞架，合我胃口。一個建議：高德地圖直接引路有誤導性，容易把人導到招商大廈裏面，然後隔着牆進不去，給地點説國貿飯店對面就好找多了。

住過很多次華住會旗下的酒店 感受都還不錯 可是這次真是很無語 帶着孩子玩到7點多才回酒店 前台給的房間回去也沒仔細看 收拾收拾就睡了 到了半夜 莫名其妙被凍醒 很大的涼風 吹的胳膊腿都疼 孩子也説冷 早上起來外面亮天了才發現這個房間就是隔斷圍起來的 手放在我畫圈的位置就都是冷風 前台看我帶着孩子也不應該給我這樣的房間吧？我還能後半夜凍醒了 找前台換房間嗎？以後不會再住全季了

帶家人去瀋陽遊玩，看中了全季這家店的套房，這是我住過衞生和服務最差的酒店，除了房間面積比較大之外，其餘全是槽點，辦入住的前台就沒有笑臉，進入房間套房就放了2瓶水，打服務枱電話晚上沒人接，房間地面上一層土，犄角旮旯的地方全是灰塵，一看就很久沒有打掃過了，早餐更是一言難盡，品種少就不説了，還特別難吃。總之以後絕對不會在選擇的一家酒店。
