First time staying at a very average hotel; the room was very dark and the breakfast was average; not worth the price; the only advantage is that the location is pretty good, very close to the subway station, and I eat more nearby;

硬件設施比較老了，整體不錯。前台服務意識、處理效率需要再提升，觀察了一下平時客流量不多，三個前台人員足夠應付客人的需求了，仍然存在電話常時佔線，人員接訴不及時的情況確實有些不應該，前台人員儀容禮儀也應加強，至少衣服熨燙得體，和同家的國貿比差距比較大

晚上五點多訂的房間，正好顯示還剩一間，國慶節能訂到這個房間確實不易了，房間很大，就在盛京大奧萊旁邊逛街很方便，不錯，衞生也可以唯一不足是房間窗户不能打開，屋子裡有煙味，也不能通風，給入住感打了大折扣

房間裝修的老一點沒關係，前台服務人員的態度依舊是老國企的老毛病也沒關係，最起碼你的下水應該要暢通吧？早餐也很奇葩，沒啥吃的就算了，，到點了新的人不接待可以理解，在裏面吃飯的人還沒吃完就都收了，果然是嚴格按照上班時間執行……，好無語，果然很好，下次不住了……

我們帶孩子入住！2大2小，雙床房房間是挺大，床太小了！一天衹給兩瓶水，多要就收費，拖鞋也是多要也收費！全國住這麼多城市這麼多酒店了，真的沒有這樣的了，太落伍了！

1、房間老舊，普遍發黴有味道，很多沒窗。
2、前台欺騙顧客，提前告知有70多長者需要照顧，儘量安排同一樓層，回覆稱沒有同一樓層房間，後來因為一間房間味道實在重，又變出一個房間。
3、酒店無責任心，因為樓道昏暗、指示牌設定不合理，在離店時頭撞到尖鋭的指示牌，頭上兩個洞當場留血，酒店經理開口就是我們酒店絕對沒有一點責任，後聲稱人道關懷，最後僅僅叫了一輛去醫院的車讓我們人生地不熟的外地遊客自行去醫院後，就不聞不問了。等回到酒店發現指示牌下居然放了一碰盆栽（既然設定合理，毫無責任，為何又多此一舉）。
此次愉快的瀋陽之行草草收場，瀋陽留給我腫痛的腦袋和窩火的心情。
