百年歷史名建築，內部設施保存完好，曾經很多領袖偉人及社會名流下榻於此，發生過很多影響我國曆史的大事件，見證了百年近代史，值得入住體驗。賓館地點交通便利，附近地鐵口，距離瀋陽站不遠，房費價格在假期也未曾上漲。早餐種類豐富可口，餛飩很好吃，但不是每天都供應。

是瀋陽的一個文物古建築，來的時候正巧在拍電視劇，歷史上也有很多名人住過。但是房間內的設施有些陳舊，希望可以針對性裝修一下。美中不足是在和我愛人於房間內休息的時候，服務人員卻直接刷卡進屋子送水，也可能是敲門我們沒有聽見，希望以後可以注意，注重一下客人的私隱保護。

春節期間入住的，人不多，暖氣太熱了，晚上都開窗睡，收拾挺乾淨，房間略微有點小，為了給孩子愛國主義教育特意挑選的，比全ji 強，但是肯定比不上某頓那種豪華酒店畢竟價格在這擺着，性價比還是不錯的，公共區域樓梯餐廳大堂等都很有民國特色，可以帶着旗袍來這拍照不用排隊人不多很能出片，為了去早市沒在酒店吃早餐不知道怎麼樣，洗手間有點小，洗浴還是去浴池吧

地點非常好，高鐵到瀋陽站，步行就可以到達酒店，建築本身是文物，大堂、餐廳都很漂亮，有歷史感，唯一的缺點是房間設施比較舊，但瑕不掩瑜，另外價格也好，性價比超高

雖然設施比較陳舊但是衞生條件很不錯，床品乾淨，床墊很舒服。中心地段，步行到太原街，交通方便。早餐非常豐盛。服務人員的服務意識也很高，不愧是老牌賓館👍

位置好，有免費停車場，服務不錯，設施比較老舊。老一輩國家領導人入住過，年代感十足，有婚紗攝影在裏面拍攝。
