基本滿意，性價比有提升空間。房間大，有基本設施但不覺有空調（我住時9月中不需要），床舒服水夠熱，離紅坪鎮2公里，有大停車場，較適合自駕，或像我喜歡/不介意走2公里的就沒問題。就是我訂時388一晚且不可退，感覺偏貴。參加大型户外活動，報名成功就立刻訂住宿免後顧之憂，4-5個月前。我的證件類型可訂的，選擇不多就訂了，事實上遲些訂還好。

300多，就這樣，房間小，陳舊，沒空調，有的房間有空調但不給遙控器説晚上涼快用不上。門是用鑰匙開的，廁所水壓不夠，沖廁所沖不乾淨，房間衹有節能燈條是亮的，其他都是壞的，廁所就洗漱台上的小燈泡是亮的，其他都是壞的，怎麼説呢？別人也是賺你這暑假帶孩子的人的錢，就那幾個月，賺一個是一個。不滿意我還不敢退房，中國人口真是多呀，退了就沒房住，訂不到房。算了，就當長見識吧。

設施一般，離天燕景區入馬特別近店家就有吃的 神農架，景色一般，氣温還行不熱。如果你去過或者準備將來去甘南西藏新疆張家界，這裏可以略過。
