這家酒店算是我們此次行程住宿中最有亮點的酒店了，如果不是服務中的幾個細節讓人感到不好，肯定是全五星好評！ 硬件環境:酒店很有設計感，從設計到硬裝，業主肯定是花了不少心思的！酒店的區位很好，旁邊同檔次酒店也挺多，做出自己特色很重要！ 客房配置:對於入住酒店，每次開門那刻起就喜歡先查看一遍，這家酒店的布草、洗護液體、床頭電話、熱水壺等用品很加分的！兩百多的房價帶早餐，房間配置還很高級，令人滿意！ 酒店服務:有了好的硬件配置，服務就是關鍵了。入住過程中有兩個小插曲:一.準備刷牙時，發現洗漱盒裡衹有刮鬍刀個護理包！打電話給前台，開始還不信，多次強調後給安排送來了。二.洗漱盆的水不下漏，還有煙頭煙絲從排水孔裏浮上來，打了多次電話才接通，派了個女服務員上來處理，拿起我用過的牙刷就是捅，下水孔裏竟然撬出三個瓶蓋，其他雜物被捅下去了，疏通好了，那服務員接了個呼叫轉身就走，下水孔蓋子沒蓋，三個瓶蓋和牙刷也沒收拾，這波操作看的人就很不舒服。 早餐不錯，建議酒店用密胺的餐具不要印酒店logo。 之所以對這這些細節在意，是對這個酒店期待挺高，希望以後做的更好！業主花心思投入大量成本把硬件打造好了，如果運維人員的管理服務意識不到位，評價經濟時代很容易就競品打敗！ 祝生意興隆！
