Hotel is ok, old hotel kind of decadant. Price is good but rooms are too dark and it seems their heating system is not working ( or not available)

The prices of the products in the hotel rooms are unclear. What’s especially disgusting is that they put price tags on some of the products (a bottle of water is 35 yuan, that’s the only price). Other drinks are not priced, creating a feeling of free hotel guest welfare. It felt like (the staff said there was a price list in a certain drawer, but I randomly picked out a few drawers and looked at it but never saw it. Maybe I was unlucky and didn't see it).
