A very pleasant overnight stay. Reception was busy on arrival but all of the staff were efficient and friendly. It’s clear there has been some improvements made as the corridors especially smelled freshly painted. The room was clean and comfortable, so I have no complaints and would happily stay there again.

Relatively clean. Quiet area and couldn't hear traffic. Tea and coffee facilities in the room and a nice welcome note. Parking areas are made clear and discounts for parking can be applied. Lovely stay, comfy bed and a hot shower.

Everything is nice. But I just worry about the young lady at the reception. She seems has some problems with smiling, I found she couldn’t smile at us, she seems can only smile at those white people. She seems also has a problem with her ear that she couldn’t hear my room number correctly since the card couldn’t open the door and it needed to be fixed. Well, Sheffield is a nice city any way.

A very smart clean and comfortable hotel. I slept really well and the facilities were much better then I expected for the price that I paid
They also gave a really nice comfortable bar and lovely staff on reception
