第一點：
我進酒店辦理入住，老闆娘對着我就來一句，昨天也是你定的吧，我這都沒房。我説我網上訂的，是我，昨天定的你不是沒給我確認嗎？
然後她各種在抱怨，我不明白，我一個住宿的，要聽你老闆娘嘮叨我不應該在平台定酒店嗎？
要不然就是直接跟我説有房間或者沒房間不就行了嗎？我過來辦入住你跟我耍起脾氣來了，真是搞笑。
第二：
環境，衞生，我拍照片了，大家自己看吧。
房間這種嚴重黴味，不修繕裝修就算了，何至於一直保持臟亂差的現象呢？
大家自從疫情之後，呼吸道是很容易出問題的，這種嚴重黴菌腐蝕的房間，是一定會影響入住顧客的身體健康的。
第三：
周邊裝修，早上不到8點，掄大鎚砸牆，和拆除的聲音吵得人沒辦法安靜，作為酒店沒有提醒我這個入住的顧客，也是沒誰了。
綜上所述，這個房間住的是我有史以來最臟，最噁心的一間，簡稱為旅館，甚至招待所都不為過的店。

跟朋友一同出遊，定了兩間，一樓那間朋友住，衞生有待改進，有蚊子，房間味道重，床單被套枕巾感覺沒換過讓老闆重新換一套。
