3 Star Hotels in Sharm El Sheikh

One person checking in 20 bookings. Slow, disorganized, and rude. And it gets worse. The rooms are very poor, rough condition, air con is as loud as a jet taking off, it’s either on, or off..!! Food, very poor quality, the buffet is rough, juices are very poor quality watered down. Considering we were all inclusive nothing was included. No cans of premium soft drinks, told it was extra, no bottles of water, told it was extra, no bottle of beer, again told it was extra, you only get the tiniest plastic cup of each, RIDICULOUS…!!! Ask for an omelette which turned out to be a deep fried egg mix in oil, HORRIBLE. And to make matters worse, the chef was on his phone for the entire process, and did he wash his hands..NO..!!! And now to the bar staff. Young guy, rude..!! Asked for a drink and we get, “what”..? DISGRACEFUL service. Overall a terrible experience and one we would never recommend. AVOID…!! The location of the hotel is pretty good. There are many other hotels nearby and the entrance is easy to identify. The service was very good. We had a day trip to Sharm El Sheikh and arrived at about 9 o'clock in the morning. We were allowed to check in directly. Checking out at about 8 o'clock that night and catching a flight went smoothly. The room's facilities are a little bit old, but it's really clean. The air conditioning is very powerful. Except for two towels, there are no daily necessities, so you need to prepare them in advance. The pool was under renovation when we were there. Very cost-effective and worth a short stay.

Отель очень простой, мы бронировали ночь, перед вылетом, чтобы не переплачивать за отель, в котором жили, для того чтобы оставить вещи и немного полежать перед полётом. Для этого вполне хорошо, но слышимость ужасная, номер был на 3 этаже, окна выходят на лестницу в холл, мимо все ходили и говорили, как будто у нас в номере. Мыло было и туалетная бумага. Постельное белье было с дырой на простыне, прямо около подушки. На моей кровати были волосы. Бассейн маленький. Вай фай не работал, по распечатке. Анимация хорошая, пока ждали ключи, ребята разучивали танцы с постояльцами у бассейна веселили народ, зазывала танцевать.
