Hotel was quite good..only thing to improve checkin was slow a little…during checkout found out the phone was not working as was calling the reception he was unable to hear and slightly rude when approached him at counter regarding this…beach is a bit far walking distance about 10minutes at opposite side hotel Very grateful for the cake and fruits placed in the room ..we were suprised coming back into room and had d cake n fruits

Came here with my 7 year old little boy who has autism, and also my father for 11 nights.  I can't rate our stay highly enough. We have had the most amazing stay. The staff here are some of the most hard working people I have ever met across all areas of the hotel from the gardeners, bar staff, receptionists, cleaners, security, pool staff, waiters/waitresses, chefs, they really can't do enough for you and nothing seems like too much trouble,. Every person we have met has been more than approachable, friendly, placid  as well as welcoming and professional. I was worried beforehand about possible language barriers or possible unfimilirity with autism, I believe the eyptian name for autism is  'tawahhud' , but I really can't put into words the compassion all staff have shown towards my son. Again staff from across the whole hotel have gone out their way to ensure he has had the most welcoming and comfortable stay. Greeting him always, playing with him, even ensuring to put certain snacks aside for him that he has shown interest in, without myself even asking ( my son has a restricted diet). He is already asking to return. The food has been great with tonnes to choose from, and a good rotation of foods throughout our stay. There is a couple of snack bars jotted around the grounds where you can get things like chips, sandwhich rolls and fresh fruit etc and they also do  late snacks in the bar next to the restaurant.  There is also an Asian restaurant and an American style diner that you can book once for each restaurant per week as part of the all inclusive, but if you enjoy the food as much as we did you can book numerous times on the booking screen in the downstairs lobby next to the tui desk, you will be charged for the food in the restaurant on your additional days, but the prices I think is considerably valuable for the quality and service you receive. The rooms ( we stayed in a twin room) have everything you need, a mini fridge although its quite warm, a safe to put valubles in, hair dryer, shampoos, body washes all kinds of little hygiene bits and pieces, , TV, kettle with tea/coffee supplies, towels the air conditioning which is much needed is great.The cleaning is kept up to a great standard. Like all other staff, the gentleman cleaning our room his name is Mina, was really attentive, asking what time suited us for him to come in,  was great with my son also asking him each day we sent him what he would like mins ro make him.  There is plenty to do, the pirate ship slides aswell as the surf board and wave pool have been favourites for us. The hotel is situated in the perfect spot with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, we have attended food places such as  Arab bucks, wild West, the hard rock cafe as well as other little cafes near within walking distance which were all great. Amazing!!!! Coral sea Aqua Club is a fantastic resort for families with its abundance of amenities. A great water park for big and little ones, multiple pools and kids club. All the staff are incredibly friendly, always smiling and go the extra mile every day. Our sun beds were saved for us daily (all 19 of them) and were located in the best sun spot - Shout out to Rashford for excellent service and just for being a great man. The rooms are spacious and clean, water topped up daily and a comfortable nights sleep. The animation team- A massive shout out to Abdo for making our holiday an absolute blast and one we won’t forget. We got involved in activities in and out of the pool, so there was always something for everyone. Abdo also talked to us about the Egyption culture which was interesting. He has left a big mark on all are hearts and feels like he’s become a part of the family. Dancing and shows in the evening which were fantastic and a mini disco for the little ones with. Restaurant- A variety of food which was great and themed nights so there was always something for everyone even the fussy eaters. The staff are amazing The À la carte restaurants were all good and again the staff can’t do enough for you. I personally had a small accident which required first aid (dancing in flip flops ) This was dealt with promptly with care by reception and Abdo they couldn’t have done enough for me. I was in good hands The bar staff by the pool and in the lobby are all fantastic and friendly. I definitely recommend this hotel for families and we can’t wait to return. Tip- I was lucky enough NOT to get bitten by mosquitoes but plenty of people did. Bring bug spray, plugins and also you can ask to have your room sprayed in the evenings. We arrived mid April for a 12 night stay with TUI, & we were soon on a mini bus to the hotel. Mohamed was working the reception desk & he soon had as check in to are superior family room which was huge & in very good condition. We were in the spa block so everything was a few minutes walk away from all the amenities. We went for dinner in the main dining room which wasn’t over crowded & Ahmed are waiter soon sorted us out with drinks. The bar in the restaurant was very good, the main bartenders were Ahmed & Mohamed were a credit to the hotel. The cuisine in the restaurant was the best choice that we’ve ever had in sharm or hurgurda & we’ve been to southern Egypt 6 times in 4 star hotels. Bearing in mind the different nationalities that they have staying in there hotels. They even had a kids menu which was a nice touch for families with kids. There’s a different theme every night, but my advice is if not sure about eating something, put a little on a plate & try it. If it’s not your cup of tea, then go & get something else. No one will take any notice as it’s part & parcel of an all inclusive hotel. You don’t have to tip to get great service, but if you want to they prefer US dollars as it’s a stable currency that they can use it in all there shops. Your pool towels are waiting for you in your room, if you want fresh towels leave them in your shower or phone the reception dialling O, the same for a iron or any other request that you might have. Treat them with respect & they will bend over backwards to help you out, the same goes for all the staff. Are room cleaner & handy man was Mohamed who kept the room spotless. Also if you needed anything he would sort it for you as quick as he could, he was also a credit to the hotel. The hotel has an aqua park for all ages & is split between adults & kids pools, slides etc. which is a great idea. There’s weather in April is in the thirties & gets hotter every month right up to October, then it’s in the late twenties. So bring lots of factor 50 sun cream for the whole family. Plus a good after sun to replenish your skin. If you over do & get lobster red, cover it up & it will turn brown after a few days. Or you can end up with bad blisters & a stay in a hospital. The WiFi in the room is very good, although we had unlimited WiFi we only used it in are room. The one thing you will always get in Egyptian hotels is superb service & the majority of staff are from Cairo & that area. They work 50 days, then get 5 days off. But the bus back takes 10 hours each way, so they only have three full days with their wife & families. It’s also one of the reasons I don’t hammer hotels with my feedback. There’s also a nice beach right across the road & a guard to help you cross the busy road which was a nice touch. You walk downstairs in the hotel & it’s about a 10 minute walk. You can sit anywhere you want, there’s a bar on the beach. You can also eat & drink at the snack bar, which is not always the case in othe

Absolutely brilliant place. The hotel is always clean and tidy. We stayed in a family suit, there was plenty of room for the 5 of us. Food was tasty and there was a large variety, something for everyone, the Chinese restaurant and staff there were very nice. A lovely relaxed family atmosphere. Location is perfect for beach, shops and Hard Rock Cafe. Excellent value for money. The service and staff were just so excellent! All the staff went above and beyond, they welcomed us and looked after us like family. Special thanks to bar staff- Ahmed and Abdo, restaurant staff- Sayed and Yasmin, animation team- Abdo, Ali and Shannai. Managers-Mahmoud, Mohamed and Wael. This is our second time here and both times we had loved it, the staff couldn’t do enough for us. Our boys aged 16, 14 and 10 all had a great time and we felt safe enough to let the older boys walk round the resort together without us.

Everything was amazing the animation team was amazing at entertaining the people there especially my family they were all so wonderful and did so much for us I will definitely be going back

Me and my family had the best time here everyone is so friendly, funny and kind. I could have asked for a better holiday. And most of all the animation team are amazing (especially Abdo). All the staff are fantastic and i made many bonds/friends. The lifeguards are so helpful with getting us sun beds everyday so i definitely recommend going to the coral sea aqua club resort.
