This is our second time at this hotel; the last time was in 2020, so we have something to compare it to. We were very pleased with the quick check-in. We drank Alyonka chocolate and found ourselves in room 2262, a chalet right between the beach and the main restaurant. The room is simply huge, 59 square meters, with two rooms, two balconies overlooking the sea and the pool, a kitchen with a huge refrigerator, and a bathroom. The furniture is tired, but everything is clean. We left the cleaner a dollar every day, and he made us all sorts of little creatures out of the towels. This year, the hotel switched to ultra all-inclusive, which was also nice. We could treat ourselves to imported alcohol, and instead of going to the main restaurant for lunch on the beach, we could order shrimp from the fish restaurant, grab a cold beer, and just enjoy ourselves. Overall, the food at the hotel was excellent; kudos to the chefs and management. I'd like to highlight the guest relations team, especially the Polish girl who approached people every day during breakfast, learned their wishes and concerns, and, most importantly, addressed them. She helped revamp the entertainment program and add a program of different activities for each day. Compared to 2020, this program initially was just a name, but someone from above pushed it in and it seemed to take off. Overall, the vacation was a success: the weather was great, the sea was warm, and everyone was positive. Thank you, Amphoras.
