The hotel wasn't as good as I expected. It's a very old hotel, and I definitely wouldn't stay there again. However, despite its age, it was still decent.

The private beach is fantastic, and the service is excellent. The hotel grounds are expansive, and the rooms have a charming, local feel. Sitting on the balcony and enjoying the sea view is incredibly relaxing. My only minor complaint is that the duvet and pillows weren't very comfortable.

The Red Sea scenery is beautiful, and the beach is clean.

Nice but kinda old

Sheraton is a well-known brand that I have known and appreciated for many years. My impression (2024 Dubai and Bangkok, 2025 Sharm) is that it hasn't been renovated, and the infrastructure is showing its age. The location is good, the beach is very nice and well-organized. The price was very reasonable, but, as I learned on-site, this was due to two of the three pools being closed and construction work underway; I would have liked to have known this when booking.

You can go with peace of mind. ***et is clean and comfortable. The sea is great for diving. The pool is a little cold (I went in January) the New Year's program was very good. I would like to thank the 2nd floor cleaning staff Abdullah, Kameel at the pool bar, Mahmood at the bar. The animators were also ***et successful. The food is delicious and the hotel is clean.

I waited for a long time to check in. The scenery is very good, but as for the hotel, I couldn't find where to buy water. The food is very suitable for European and American tastes. The prices in the hotel are really high. According to the prices I spent in Cairo, You can just cut it in half. I mean taxis and massages. In Egypt, the airport is very expensive. If you can buy it outside, don’t buy it here. For example, 500ml of chestnut water can be bought by Egyptians in small shops outside for only 3 In Egyptian pounds, the price for foreigners at the airport hotel is 30-50 Egyptian pounds. If you buy it in a small store outside, foreigners may sell it for about 10 Egyptian pounds.

I think this hotel is absolutely amazing, especially the beach of this hotel is really good, plus I think the breakfast of this hotel is very good in so many hotels I go to

This is an absolutely amazing hotel! The staff are amazing, this was our second time here as a yearly trip is now happening! The rooms are always clean, staff are always welcoming, every second of the day. Very attentive. Sheraton has my heart for sure, Muhammad, Kameil, and all the other staff thank you so much! The management team, made our birthdays a very unforgettable one! Love this place!

Fabulous hotel, staff and holiday. Best bits.. Room with sea view and stunning surise.. Beach stunning.. Staff, especially Mohammed at pool bar, El Sayed Aymam & A Rayman Ahmed in the resturant.. 5 star service The fish swimming around your feet Beautiful birds Really peaceful and relaxing. The hot puddings, wow the rice pudding. I gained a few pounds so delicious Coffee was really nice. Massage by Nira was one of the best ive ever had. I didnt want the holiday end and i would recommend. Thankyou all for a wonderful stay.

Our stay here was ok, the staff were amazing, very friendly, and attentive, especially Mohammed (pool bar who was fantastic at his job, never an empty glass) and Hossam (cleaner floor 3 kept our room immaculate) whilst the room was clean and comfortable, it was a little outdated, shower in bath tub which is ok for the able bodied, facilities of the hotel were good for what was open, the adults only area and cave bar were closed due to building work ( hotel did not advise of this nor did our tour operator) food was ok, labelling was poor, whilst allergen signs were on the top of refrigerators, the food on display lacked description as to what the food was or contained especially the Arab food, if you are a fussy eater then this place is not for you. Location is also a problem if you like to go out walking,as its a very long walk to the main road and then a good walk into naama bay centre, whilst taxis are readily available the taxi company based in hotel is very expensive. Despite all of the negatives we had a lovely relaxing break away.

The room are clean big and nice I didn't like the food spatiolly the breakfast it's poor and same every day I would thank very much the young lady called ( viola) shes kind helpful and every time I ask for something she smiles and sed of course I will help you . Thanks again viola
