The rooms are ok, not bad near China Textile City. The price/performance ratio is quite high. But I can't believe there are cockroaches, and the northerners are directly scared off. I tremble and beat the cockroach. My girlfriend recorded me who beat the cockroach.

給這家酒店5分好評，主要原因是大家都是酒店人，經營酒店不易。這家店位置相當不錯，有停車場，房間也挺大，衞生環境也可以，晚上還算比較安靜。性價比還是非常高的。預訂時訂了兩個標間，後來和前台小姑娘商量免費升級了一間大床房，值得表揚，進房間後發現：有前面客人留下的2瓶農夫山泉空水瓶，我起初以為是客房主管查房不仔細沒有收拾乾淨，也就沒打電話給前台，結果退房時被告知消費了2瓶水，經過解釋最終酒店也沒有收取2瓶水的費用。同為酒店人提幾點建議：1，取消房間內的商品，可以在公區投放售貨機，房間內放商品弊大於利，會給酒店帶來不必要的麻煩。2，建議取消按金制度，收按金增加了前台的工作量，耽誤了客人的退房時間。3、當客人到店時前台應主動詢問客人是否開車？酒店有免費停車券。4．在商賈雲集的柯橋地區要重視OTA運營，根據房態情況，做收益管理。

還好吧，距離輕紡城很近，環境也相對可以，就是酒店私隱行相對不足，大廈電梯是開放的，應該社會人士都可以上樓，我不知道的情況下房間門縫被塞了小卡片，安全性欠佳。前台在一樓，上樓後基本沒見到過服務員。
