老牌五星酒店了，硬件沒得説，還是剛剛裝修了的，設施齊全，早餐尤其好，遠超其他類型酒店。距離魯迅故居，沈園也很近，蒼蠅館子西街也衹是起步價。服務很貼心，免費給升了房間，浴缸大大的啊，泡泡真舒服，酒店贈送水果果盤，還有定製的旅遊圖。

這次訂的是紹興開元名都大酒店，酒店服務枱羅嘉欣態度熱情，退房時還送了一份新鮮的水果。酒店訂的是雙人床，房間空間很大，洗浴室是另一個小空間，乾濕分離，有一個很大的圓形泡澡池。貴妃椅邊上的桌子擺放了一份新鮮的水果，有蘋果、香梨、橘子、西紅柿。小童有專門的小童牙刷和拖鞋，乾淨衞生。孩子們很喜歡，酒店送餐外賣是智能機器人，它會自己上樓層送到你房間，到之前會打你房間的電話，很貼心的服務。很滿意的一次酒店住宿，就是價格上不太喜歡，一到節假日就漲價，孩子們也就節假日才有時間，如果要漲，幅度小些。
