附近停車方便，裝修雖簡約，但衞生可以，前台服務很好，主動幫忙找車位！空調，熱水，都有，整體很滿意！

環境比較像招待所，衞生一般，設施沒有電梯，但是店裡的小哥哥挺好幫忙提箱子上去，樓層有些高，價格比較便宜，停車的位置稍微有一定距離，但是停車免費挺好

房東老頭喝酒了會發酒瘋，大家千萬別去，我説續住，説在網上續他説關掉了，説喊他拿個二維碼來我給他掃錢，來敲幾次門都不拿來，説話指手畫腳的，很兇的樣子，衣服都不讓我穿，要我立刻馬上穿着個褲衩到一樓櫃枱給他掃，最後我報了警，警察來了他才意識到他自己的錯誤。

小單間太小了一個小床一邊頂着牆另一邊基本靠近廁所門，裏面有味道，因為空間小空調很給力。老闆服務很好增加點性價比

房間性價比高，去越城區的景點都十分方便，因為時間提前入住，老闆娘特意留了房，感動！收拾衞生的阿姨很熱心善良！就是晚上道變的車比較多，有時候影響休息，總體來説很值得！！！第二次來紹興了！永遠喜歡
