I took my parents and uncles and aunts to visit Shaoxing during the holiday. This hotel is my first choice, and it didn't disappoint me. The young lady at the front desk of the hotel is very enthusiastic and patient. Seeing that parents and uncles and aunts are getting older, they not only helped us upgrade the room for free, but also arranged for us on the first floor, which made us much more convenient. The waiters here are very good, very careful, answer all questions, and the rooms are very clean. Not to mention the scenery in the hotel. The scenery is everywhere, the air is good, and there is a unique Jiangnan taste. Luzhen is suitable for walking for the elderly, which is very convenient. My parents and uncles and aunts said it was great, and they all said that they lived here, and everything was at ease.

The wide-angle lake-view parent-child suite for 1,260 yuan a night is definitely not worth it! Because it’s not a suite at all, it’s just a double bed room with a single bed, and there is only a small bedside table side by side. The walls and floor are all black tiles. There are only two small spotlights on the ceiling. The night lighting is not enough, and it is actually useless. The most amazing thing is the double basin in the bathroom, but why is the height of the countertop designed so low? Do you understand ergonomics? My height is 168. I stand up straight and my arms are naturally drooping. I can’t reach the table. I have to bend down every time I take something. Do you want to make my lumbar muscles strain more? Known as a resort hotel, the room facilities are not even comparable to ordinary budget hotels. Apart from the breakfast room, there are no other resort facilities. In the sultry rainy weather, the air-conditioning is not turned on in the corridor on the second floor. All this has nothing to do with vacation and comfort. Do you really think the guests don’t understand?

酒店在魯鎮景區入口處，晚上沒人的時候逛逛景區挺愜意的。房間臨水，躺在床上看碧波粼粼、垂柳依依，偶有白鷺掠過，間或燕語呢喃，感覺真好。服務挺不錯，管家小蔣的態度很好，臨走還送了一小罐黃酒做伴手禮，贊！
