The front desk staff were incredibly thoughtful. We were traveling with a child, and they helped set up a bed rail and even gave us extra bottles of water, which was really helpful for making formula. The hotel environment is fantastic, and it's just a few minutes' walk from the high-speed train station. There's also a mall within two kilometers, which is very convenient. The late-night congee was also quite good. Overall, a great stay!

We stayed for one night and felt very comfortable. The weather was very cold and rainy, but the hotel had plenty of warm air and hot water, so we stayed another day. The front desk service didn't ask us to change rooms. This is a very formal boutique hotel, and a very good accommodation experience!

The breakfast was plentiful, and the rice noodles were delicious and satisfying. The service at a new hotel is exceptional, accommodating every request, and they even offer a free shuttle to the high-speed railway station. I was so touched. Aside from the somewhat dated decor, everything else was very satisfying. I'll definitely be back on my next business trip.

I just booked this hotel randomly, and as soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the familiar scent of lavender. We often use lavender diffusers at home too, so I instantly felt relaxed. The guy at the front desk was super genuine; check-in took less than two minutes, and he even proactively told us about a great local restaurant nearby that locals frequent, completely unlike a typical sales pitch. We stayed in a king room, and it was spotless inside. The sheets and duvet covers felt really comfortable, and the pillows were soft. There was absolutely no noise at night, and I slept soundly until morning. The shower water heated up quickly, and the water pressure was good – a hot shower was incredibly refreshing. The biggest surprise was the location: just a few steps downstairs to the riverside. Taking a walk and enjoying the breeze in the evening was fantastic. There are snack shops all around, and if you get hungry late at night, delivery arrives in about fifteen minutes. Plus, parking is free if you're driving. The value for money here is truly unbeatable!

There are quite a few types of interesting craft beers which quite nice to try out. Cons: Amenities in room. There are only dental kits set up inside the room.They'll only provide the other amenities when you request. Varieties of food options in the restaurant. Too few varieties to be chose for breakfast and it's the same thing repeated. Only one option for each Chinese and Western cuisine and you choose either one.

The room is very new and clean. It is a good choice for traveling with a family. There is also a complex downstairs, which is very good for eating and taking care of children.

I am pretty familiar with hotel business in China and this one is fascinating. Hardware-wise it is comparatively easy to be high quality and it is the software side amazes me. I booked a suite room and arrived late in the evening due to traffic. The check-in was smooth and we settled down quickly and found that both TV sets were not properly functional. Quickly they reacted to send a tech and then decided to switch a room for us after the tech failed to fix the problem (eventually I found a solution to fix it and it is actually because of the telecom but not their TV properties). During the stay, their problem solving capability and attitude to clients were one of the best I have ever encountered in China. If you go to the city for a leisure, I highly recommend this and for anything you may reach their director of operations Mr. Xu Qiang. I will definitely visit them again.

Really recommend this treasure hotel! The most worry-free is parking. The hotel has its own large parking lot. There are many vacancies. There is no need to find a parking space for the whole process. It is too friendly for self-driving people. Health is also reassuring. The room smelled a faint disinfectant as soon as it entered. The tabletop and mirror were spotless. The bedding was dry and soft. Even the corners and floor drains of the bathroom were clean and there was no smell at all. Zhenzhen's service at the front desk is also super intimate. There is no umbrella on rainy days, and you can borrow it at the front desk.

The front desk staff was not very friendly, with a sullen and impatient demeanor. Having stayed at many All Seasons hotels, I'm familiar with the service level and attitude of All Seasons hotels. This needs improvement.
