過年期間人手嚴重不足，衞生打掃到晚上8點才能入住，不過店家的態度還是很好的，衞生也打掃得很乾凈。不過別墅的設計不怎麼好，負一層兩個房間衹有一個洗手間，而且通風不好，有一股味道，不太能接受。

早餐簡單又差，晚上氣温低，空調製熱效果不夠，被子偏薄，讓前台拿多一個被子還要另外收費，服務真的很一般..

因和朋友夫妻倆遊丹霞山住在此處，開車離景區不遠，辦理入住後，工作人員帶到房間，早餐也給送到房間，提前説好送餐時間，餐食主要是包子、玉米、雞蛋和粥，很熱乎乎的飯，就是都主食，沒有菜。房間環境比較新，衞生可以，沒有煙味，我們選擇一個雙床、一個大床房間，正好是一户，很方便，就是衞生間衹有一間。

房間很大，環境安靜，唯獨不好的就是有裝修的味，偶爾全家出去玩住一下不錯，價格實惠。早餐也乾淨，總體來説不錯。可以帶寵物很好

在小區內，別墅很乾凈，環境很安靜一點噪音也沒有。早餐配送和細微的配置都很貼心，唯一美中不足的是每間睡房都沒有電視機，衹有在大廳內有一台，長者家想看電視節目有點麻煩。其他都不錯，很實惠。
