四星級酒店，春節入住很高，因為近南華寺（東粵第一古剎），加之附近沒有幾個營業的酒店。服務人員態度非常好，禮貌親和，不過裝修和設施太老了，温泉就是4層有浴缸可以泡，其他普通房還沒有浴缸，第一次見到浴缸塞子用生銹的鐵絲擰的😿，用了酒店提供的一次性浴缸罩直接扎漏。房間斷電跳閘，工人修了十多分鐘才找出是門卡彈簧出了問題。夜裡吊頂有老鼠啃木頭，嗑吱嗑吱的響了一晚，當時真的想不到是老鼠，以為哪個房間的噪音，但是特別特別清晰的咬東西的聲音才意識到是老鼠，起床吼了幾聲聲音就消失了，一晚睡的迷迷糊糊。

酒店環境還是挺好的，但是隔音真的不行，我一個平時睡眠雷打不動的人，居然半夜兩點多被對門的某個沒素質的男人給吵醒了，半夜聊天還發出惡笑，打電話給服務員幹涉還是得到很好解決，服務態度很好！但是後來又來了個敲門敲出了催債的巨響，大概物以類聚人以羣分，就是來找前面那個的。真的無語，一夜沒睡好。酒店的副業比如温泉，桑拿這些都沒開，其他還可以。

設施：廁所馬桶是壞的，而且洗澡水的温度屬於能凍**的那種！訂兩個房間都沒有熱水可以用，衹能去煮。
再説説安全問題：我們已經住進去的前提下，前台竟然還把我們的房卡給了其他客户，別人可以隨意用房卡進來，這還是我們都在房間裏的情況下被開了進來，要是晚上在睡覺呢？關鍵是還有小孩！要是我們剛好出門房間裏又有貴重物品呢？並且前台也沒有任何明確的迴應。

特大避雷‼️‼️‼️
住了這麼多酒店，第一次寫評價！因為真的極差，忍無可忍了！還不如去住賓館，賓館都比它強太多了！
1.工作人員服務及其不細緻！ 第一次房號寫錯了，跑下去前台一次， 第二次那個門卡又有問題又開不了門，又跑下去一次！ 跑了好幾趟！
2.沒熱水洗澡！這個才是最氣的！那水巨涼根本沒辦法洗澡，洗手池的水也是涼的！訂了兩間房，一個5樓一個樓，也是沒熱水的！
3.天花板不知道是不是有蛀蟲還是白蟻，天花板響的巨大聲！根本睡不着！睡著了又被吵醒！
這種酒店真的趁早關門大吉吧！真的不要害人累己了！ 附上天花板響的視頻 把音量調大！

設施：是多年老店了，工作人員介紹有重新裝修升級
衞生：😊床單被罩乾淨，整體還可以
環境：酒店挺大的，酒店周圍都可以散散步，後面還有溪水
服務：值得一讚，前台小姐姐告知酒店有餐廳，距離南華寺很近，還介紹了周邊一些公園景點

前台的靚姐姐們很熱情，房間很舒服，採光很好~酒店的設施設備完善，很安靜讓人住的很舒服，停車場很大，晚上吃了飯在停車場散了一下步，早餐很滿意，他們家早餐7點半到十二點很合適我們這樣晚起的人，餃子很好吃，服務員説他們自己做的，服務很好

停車場很大很好停車，前台小姐姐很熱情，送了早餐券還給我準備了江景房，採光很好～酒店的設施設備完善，離南華寺很近，晚上還過去蹓躂了一下！第二天上午十一點下樓想着出去走走順便吃點東西，前台小姐姐告知酒店早餐還在營業，憑券可以免費吃到12點這也太棒了，下次還會來的！
