Lotus Garden Hotel

The room was moldy, the blankets smelled musty, and the sheets hadn't been changed in a long time. I booked an executive double room through Ctrip, but the front desk gave me room 602, which is different from what I booked on Ctrip. The room was just a standard room. I don't recommend booking there. Terrible!

They won't let me refund the breakfast. Ctrip keeps pushing me to the merchant, the merchant keeps pushing me to Ctrip, and there's no one to connect me with.

Environment: The hotel environment is very quiet. It is a bit scary when no one is staying. The timid ones should not come here. Facilities: The hotel facilities are old and the air conditioner is rumbling non-stop. Hygiene: There is a stagnant pool around the hotel, and there are a lot of flies and mosquitoes. Service: Four-star charges, extremely chaotic management, wild dogs ran in and barked at 23:40 and no one cared, and they started barking again at 0:55 for the whole night. The waiter had an attitude of whether to stay or not, and I decisively checked out and stayed in the Lavande Hotel the next morning. In general, the charges are very expensive, the facilities are old, and they are far inferior to the Four Seasons and Lavande in all aspects. The service attitude is not good but they feel good about themselves. Basically, the guests who stay are public funds and old friends.

荷花園酒店坐落於韶州公園裡的老四星級酒店。環境非常舒服，停車方便，飲食以粵北各地特色菜為主。食材新鮮，大塘扣肉，龍歸冷水豬肚，樟市黃豆腐，火山粉葛，南雄鄉村魚，仁化宰相粉，翁源肉丸應有盡有。門口有個央視推薦的翁源糯米**，也是非常有特點。韶州公園裡麪散步休閑更是都市裡的小森林公園，非常舒服。自助早餐也是當地風格的特色美食。

三月春風入韶關，入住荷花園酒店，恰似住進韶州公園的天然氧吧。四周林木葱鬱、鳥語花香，晨起沿湖漫步，滿眼新綠與繁花相映，清新空氣沁人心脾，春日氛圍感拉滿。 酒店為園林式佈局，客房寬敞雅緻、採光通透，床品柔軟親膚，衞浴乾淨整潔，熱水充沛，細節貼心。服務熱情周到，辦理入住高效順暢，配套齊全，停車便利，用餐與休閑都很省心。 白天可赴周邊賞花踏青，看漫山桃李芬芳、櫻花爛漫；傍晚歸居靜謐園林，卸下旅途疲憊。入夜枕着林間清風入眠，舒適又治癒。這裏鬧中取靜，宜居宜遊，是春日韶關自駕、休閑度假的理想之選，讓人在自然與温馨中，盡享愜意慢時光。

這家酒店的體驗真的太棒了！一進房間就看到精心準備的新鮮水果，細節之處讓人倍感貼心。特別要提的是前台的小姐姐，服務態度超級好，不僅熱情周到，還送了一個小禮品，真的讓人感覺特別温暖。整體入住體驗非常滿意，下次來一定還會選擇這裏！
